Aldo Cozzi started in 1973, thus creating his first artisan pasta workshop called “CASA DEL TORTELLINO”.

In the time that passes, between a dough and a dough, succeeds in his intent and so begins his adventure in the world of fresh homemade pasta.

Over the years and with a lot of effort, he manages to build a chain of eleven pasta factories.
His name is so well known by many for his sympathy and for the quality of his pasta.
But his thinking went further and so he began to think and think and it was so that with the great experience acquired he began to experiment with the production of machines for pasta factories, designing and building machines for small, medium and large companies all over the world.
Its production includes machines for short-cut, long, fresh, dry and special pasta, as well as having machines for pasteurizing, pre-cooking and kneading presses.

Today we are able to supply completely reconditioned second-hand machinery of any kind, maintaining an excellent after-sales service also for the individual components.
